He was accessible, cordial and willing to listen to my suggestions. Utilizing his experience and knowledge he guided us the right direction to maximize our selling price. In selling the house in a timely manner he utilized professionals to help up with proper presentations and representations of our house. Open houses occurred frequently, and private showings were always scheduled. We felt that Eric gave us a huge advantage in selling our house.
