If you’re new, you’re not expected to figure everything out on your own. You can shadow an experienced agent at a listing appointment, ride along to a showing, or ask questions without feeling like you should already know the answer.

Some of the most important parts of this job can’t be learned from a webinar — they’re learned by doing, alongside people who are willing to share their experience.

Each year, Summit hosts an incentive trip to recognize agents who have reached the top level of production. It’s our way of acknowledging the focus, determination, and consistency it takes to build a strong business year after year.
