After years of feeling like just another number at larger firms, we founded Summit Real Estate in Grand Island, Nebraska, to do things differently. We set out to build a brokerage centered on collaboration, where agents have real support, can ask questions, and work together without competition getting in the way.
As our clients’ needs grew, so did Summit. We expanded to Lincoln in 2023 and to Kearney in 2025, building relationships with trusted local agents in each community. Allowing us to work together across markets and ensure clients receive service, no matter where they are buying or selling in Nebraska.
Today, Summit remains a locally owned, boutique brokerage grounded in teamwork, collaboration, and integrity.
