As a husband-and-wife team, we bring a heartfelt, hands-on approach to real estate. Living in St. Paul with our two children, we understand firsthand how important it is to feel truly at home — whether that’s in town, on a farm, or out in the quiet of the countryside.

We became real estate agents after experiencing both the highs and stresses of buying and selling our first home. While our first buying experience with a real estate agent was exceptional, selling on our own taught us just how emotional and overwhelming it can be without the right support. That experience is what inspired us to step into real estate: to guide others through the process with empathy, patience, and real care.

Andreas brings over a decade of experience in sales and excels at navigating the complex, ever-changing landscape of business. His strong negotiation skills ensure that clients get the best possible outcomes, whether they’re buying or selling. Haley’s background in client support has honed her skills in communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail — all essential for ensuring a smooth, stress-free real estate experience.

Outside of work, you’ll find us soaking up all the time we can with our two children, they keep active and always want to be outside. Andi coaches gymnastics at Twisters in Grand Island, and as a family, we’re all involved in helping on the Helgoth family farm during watermelon season! You can find Haley at the Grand Island Area Farmers Market when melon season rolls around!
